1. The service
Nemean Software, LLC (“we”) provides Nemean VPN, a VPN service: software for your devices and gateways that carry your traffic. What the service does, and does not yet do, is described on the features page. We do not promise features that page marks as partial or planned.
2. Your account
You need an account with an email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping them secret and for what is done with them. You may use the service on as many of your own devices as you like.
3. Payment
Plans and prices are on the pricing page. The price you sign up at is the price you renew at; if a price changes, we tell existing subscribers before it affects them. You can cancel at any time from the portal; your plan then runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to attack or interfere with other people’s systems, to send unsolicited bulk mail, or to interfere with the service itself. We may suspend an account that does. Because we do not keep a record of what accounts do, enforcement is generally in response to a complaint about a gateway address, and is limited by what we can know.
5. Availability
We try to keep the service up and say on the status page when it is not. The service is provided as is; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular speed, and the about page lists its current limits candidly.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Privacy
Our privacy policy is part of these terms.
8. Changes and ending
We may change these terms; when we do, the date above changes and account holders are told in advance of anything material. You can end the agreement by deleting your account. We can end it by giving you notice and refunding any unused part of a prepaid period.
